SprintLab Residency
Work on a real Agile software team.
A 12-week, cohort-based program where you ship software through six consecutive sprints—not lectures or isolated assignments.
Practice over performance
Participants don't watch lectures or complete isolated assignments. Instead, they join a cross-functional team—QA, product, engineering, and more—that ships software through six consecutive sprints using industry-standard Agile practices.
By the end of the program, graduates will have practical experience participating in sprint ceremonies, collaborating across roles, owning real delivery work, and contributing to multiple software releases.
